该公司表示，此工程將在取得国家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板贸服股）及大马永续能源发展机构（SEDA）的最终批准后，才开始动工。

（吉隆坡11日讯）芙蓉机械工程（SEB，5163，主板工业产品股）将霹雳近打（Kinta）的部分地皮，用于联营种植活动或其他经济活动。

根据文告，联号公司Selekta Spektra，与Minda Pilihan公司签署联营合约。

Selekta Spektra将把近打一块面积达567.3英亩土地的一部分，让给Minda Pilihan公司，进行种植业务或其他经济活动，相关活动涉及的经费由后者承担。

Selekta Spektra在去年获怡保市议会颁发废料处理场的兴建、经营和转移（BOT）合约，建设地段面积达207.3英亩。

Minda Pilihan种植主要业务为种植油棕与橡胶树及培育树苗。

芙蓉机械工程指出，通过联营合作，可让双方提高投资回酬，同时，利用相关土地绿化环境，作为其中一项企业社会责任（CSR）活动。

（吉隆坡10日讯）芙蓉机械工程（SEB，5163，主板工业产品股）宣布，一系列的人事变动，包括掌舵手换人。

该公司向马交所报备，董事经理黄志健（译音）以追求个人兴趣为由辞职；同时委任62岁的谢昌锦（译音）为总执行长。

谢昌锦在钢铁制造和金属业拥有超过25年经验，在加入芙蓉机械工程前，为沙肯石油（SKPETRO，5218，主板贸服股）子公司沙肯石油Pinewell私人有限公司的项目经理。

另外，非独立非执行董事黄春川（译音）以70岁高龄退休，而48岁的黄伟鸿（译音）则受委为执行董事。
