SINGAPORE - The days of carrying boxes of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts back home from overseas will soon be over.

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts signed a deal with Star360 Group to franchise its shops in Singapore, Dow Jones news agency reported.

The plan is to set up 15 shops here within the next five years, expanding the doughnut brand's international presence.
