（吉隆坡21日訊）馬福昌園丘（MHC，5026，主板種植組）建議以5送2比例配送紅股和憑單，藉此回饋股東和增加股票流通量。

該公司發文告指出，將以5送2配送5千615萬5千420股紅股，並以5送2配送同額憑單。

截至2011財政年，該公司內部保留盈利達5千681萬6千令吉，紅股計劃所需5千615萬5千令吉將由保留盈利支付，完成紅股計劃後，保留盈利將縮減剩46萬1千令吉，繳足資本則將擴大至1億9千654萬3千970股。

該公司也說，憑單指標轉換價為1令吉33仙，較紅股除權後，每母股1令吉11仙理論除權價溢價19.82%，若憑單全數轉換，最高或能籌集7千469萬令吉，估計能改善強化現金流。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡22日訊）馬福昌園坵（MHC，5026，主要板種植）建議每持5股送2紅股，股價因而受鼓舞，全日揚升17仙，晉升十大上升股榜。
　
該股今早起10仙，以1.7令吉報開，漲勢逐漸擴大，跨進十大上升股榜。
　
截至休市，馬福昌園坵暫掛1.74令吉，揚14仙，半日交投達172萬9700股。閉市起17仙，報1.77令吉，全日有308萬5300股易手。
　
該公司昨日向馬交所提呈，建議派發5615萬5420股紅股，將以每5股送2紅股的比例派送紅股，憑單過戶日（entitlement date）則有待決定。
　
同時，該公司也建議發行5615萬5420股憑單，將以每5股認購2憑單比例派發新憑單，憑單過戶日將有待公佈。
　
馬福昌園坵指出，發行紅股和憑單除了除了回饋股東的忠誠，維持他們的股票比例，也將增加股票並改善在馬股的流通與行銷性。
　
此外，憑單計劃也允許公司的現有股東能進一步參與該公司未來業務和潛在資本升值的增長。
