关于想当空少的一些疑问

请问下脸上有痘疤和毛孔粗大能当空少吗？自问样貌不差，也蛮多人说我长的帅（平时外出都有擦bb cream遮瑕)，我的身高180cm，体重70kg。就是因为中学豆豆严重所留下的痕疤，把我的去当空少念头给打消了。之前有做过微针滚轮，效果是有不过还不满意，现在在存钱打算做laser。今年都24了，在不去我怕自己会后悔。请问当空少一定要皮肤好的吗？
