大概的流程。。。

First step: Medical Check(please note that children below 18 are not required)  ProcessingTime: 3-9 Working days.

Documentsrequired are as below, and can be returned on the sameday.

1.  Original passport of you and your family member  (if applicable)

2.   12 photos (2 inches and bluebackground) with on line receipt for each family member of the medical check.

Second Step: Employment License Processing Time:5- 7 Working days.

Documentsrequired are as below

…1 Photocopy ofyour passport

…1 Photocopy of your resume including yourworking experience and final education level with exact dates month / year

….Originalfinal highest education certificate/diploma

  

Z visa invitation letter Processing Time:10- 15 Working days.

Documentsrequired are as below

…Copy of all the pages ofpassport for you and your family with the China exit stamp (if applicable)

…Your original marriagecertificate (if applicable) & children’s original birth certificates (ifapplicable). --- These documents need to be notarized and authenticated bythe Chinese Consulate in your home country

Third Step: Residence registrationcertificate   ProcessingTime:1 Working day.

Documentsrequired are as below

…Originalapartment lease contract

…Original passportof your and your family members(if applicable)

…Three (2) inchphotos per person.

Fourth Step: PSB interview Processing Time:7-15 Working days.

Documentsrequired are as below, and can be returned on the sameday.

…Your originalpassport

…Your originalemployment license

…Your originalmedical report

…Residenceregistration certificate

Work Permit Processing Time: Within 2 Working days.

Documentsrequired are as below, and can be returned on the sameday.

…Your originalemployment license

…Your originalmedical report

Fifth Step: -Residence permitapplication: Processing Time: 7Working days.

(Please note thatyour original passport will be kept 7 working days by Shenzhen PSB and you arerequired to be there in person, so during this time you are notallowed to go abroad. But you can travel in Chinamainland, not including Hong Kong , Macao, Taiwan. )

….Originalpassport of your family(if applicable)

….Original andAuthenticated marriage certificate for your wife(if applicable)

….Original andAuthenticated birth certificate for your children(if applicable)

Sixth Step: Update Residenceregistration certificate   ProcessingTime:1 Working day.

只要去广州做健康检查 然后申请就业准证

带着就业准证和健康证回吉隆坡拿z签证 接着带z签证回广州的移民厅见官 然后就是在家等证

要不要缴税这个你要跟你老板谈清楚 我们合约里面就是公司代缴税的

我没有Originalfinal highest education certificate/diploma 行不行啊?中学都没有毕业.因为在这行十多年和口才了得所以大陆老板请我过来.办证和没办有什么分别啊?税要交多少呢?等我办好证请你们去苏荷喝酒.

我是直接在龙口西那个外国人保健医院做体检，做完后就直接在解放南那里直接办理了。
不用回吉隆坡办，直接在解放南审批就可以了，审批成功去东华南办理就业证后，再回去解放南办就业居留许可即可。
4800元基本工资以上需缴税，所以要跟公司协议好，让公司代缴。
