我昨晚看了。

的确有点气愤。但我想了想，是那些人借着基督教的名字干坏事。他们本身自己根本就不知道什么善与恶。

刚巧我也收到了一封电邮，是关于一个母亲哭诉自己的孩子进入基督教的事。法师的回答充满着智慧，愿与大家分享。

Once a woman came very agitated and sad to see a wise Venerable. She was very upset because her only child had been 'converted' by missionaries to another faith. She poured out her heart to the wise monk, and like the main character in the play Fiddler on the Roof, Tevye, she could not accept the situation. "I cannot accept that he will turn his back on everything that I have believed in all my life.." she cried.

The wise monk smiled ever so gently...

He said, "My dear sister, do not be so sad. There is Nothing to be sad about. I will be very sad if your son has NO religion, NO moral compass. If that is so, indeed it is a sad day. But he does have a moral compass now, though you may call it by a different name. It is what we do in our lives that is important, not what we profess to believe in. Our actions speaks so LOUD that most people cannot hear what we say. So dear sister, do not be sad. Love your son as much as before, even more if possible... for Genuine LOVE, Metta, is unconditional."

楼主有些搞错了。

纪录片里头的Akha 族，不是山城小镇的人民。他们是Hill tribes, 住在山里边，他们分布在泰国的北部。 他们有着自己的宗教信仰，相信大自然的力量。他们不说泰语，只说自己的语言。

我前个月去泰国清迈学习佛法的时候有去Hill Tribes的展览馆，并在市里的书店买了一本关于Hill Tribes的书。所以知道他们的一些风俗信仰。
