[讨论] 拍卖屋子的律师费~ 好像被砍了~~

我在新山买的拍卖屋,价钱是RM171,315。前两天刚跟律师拿了quotation (s&p律师费而已),他给我的quotation 如下:
1. professional fee 1654
cost of submission of Tax form CKHT2 (RM200 per form) -
cost of filing form 1 (RM100 per form) 100
cost of loging & withdrawal of private caveat 350
Total Professional Fee = 2104
2. 5% gobernment service tax on total professional fees 105.20
3 x search fees (RM40 per search) 120
stamp duty on memorandum of contract 10
adjudication fee 10
2 x bankruptcy search 20
swearing fee on statutory declaration 30
stamp duty on mmorandum of transfer (estimated) 1220
registrtion fee on emtry amd withdrawal of private caveat 210
registration fee on memorandum of transfer 300
filing fee on change of ownership with town council 50
telephone and faxes charges 100
courier / transport charges 100
miscellaneous & postage 100
Total Disbursements = 2375
Total Professional Fees & Disbursements = RM 4,479.20
好像disbursement那边很贵酱,还有professional fee 里面做么会有cost of filing form, loging & withdrwal of private caveat的??
律师说可以给我一点点折扣,请问合理的价钱应该是多少??
