想在soft launch时订一间公寓 (地点在Penang)。。。

请问以下说法是真的吗?
"The really stupXd thing with the soft launch is that they actually reserve all the "good" units for the main launch, and offer discounts to get people to sign up for the not so great units e.g. west facing or road facing etc. I am quite irritated with this practice and I think it suckX! It should be first come first serve, or at least first choice of which units to get, but even if you are the very 1st person to show, they will invariably say all the choice units have been taken up." |

还有另外一种说法,有些premium unit 比如penthouse 或是拥有无敌海景的,我们华人是怎样都买不到。 那些unit是专reserve 给那些虾米datuk datin。。他们是发展商的好朋友。。![](static/image/smiley/default/3laugh.gif) |

其实每次他们都有lock几间单位好的, 方向好的, 号码好的,其实可能没有卖出去, 但是说已经卖出去了, 所以你知道该怎么做了。
还有,用信用卡给定金,因为可以赚几十千分, 不要用支票, 如果可以用信用卡。 记得哦。
问看有什么free gift咯。
还有,有时候可以ask for discount的。 |

RM300k买1100方尺的CONDO不算贵了咯~~
KL马是这个价钱
东马三大城市只有JB的比较贱一点~哈哈~ |
