compare下装修价钱

最近找装修老quote价。又怕给人骗，又怕不熟不吃，又怕手工不好导致手尾长长，又要赶着搬。
家人的意见又多多，加这个减那个，又要within budget。一个头两个大。

我家要extend后面的wet厨房。要extend出去，每个square fit是--RM85。
wet厨房开三副窗口（连一起的）aluminium sliding 的 --RM1056  (RM22 per square fit - total RM48)
车房地原本是草，要铺concrete floor with BRC neting, per square fit --RM8 (有人讲RM4就有了）
然后粘砖是（地）RM4.00
            粘砖（墙）RM2.80

Grill 的我还不是很清楚。大概1 squrefit --RM13.00 (5分铁）
你们quote到什么价？

这个帖可以帮助大家了解现在的行情，避免给人‘坎菜头’，一颈都是血。。。

血汗钱呀！还是各位都是有钱人，不再呼。。。

其实，没有真正到现场很难跟你比较价钱的，如果你怕被人砍菜头，就拿多两三个报价咯。

每个州，城市，taman，还有地屋或公寓都有不同的价格。
很难比较，每个人都不希望给装修老“砍”吧。。。

square fit 是写错了，应该是square feet，意思是方尺。
好像做老师酱。。。。

我个人认为装修不应该只是看价钱,还应该看责任心.
材料,手工收尾怎样,时间安排,专业.
至于专不专业就是不要讲蓝色当黑色.做不到,没能力就告诉顾客.
不要一直说OKOK但是到头来来个错的东西.假厉害.
就算是白色也有几种白色.不要错了还赖别人..
自己不会收尾就不要假厉害,不量清楚.
对不起,好像变成我在吐口水.

我的quotation 是大约RM５５per sqft

（屋顶是normal root with 瓦，有包窗,石膏， 全部piping。
exclude 门,查头,灯头， concreate table， tiling labour。

我的调查１sqft是RM１３。５０， 伪造wrought iron 是 RM１４ per sqft， 适宜室内。

你那边便宜很多。。。 羡慕中。
装修越搞越贵。一切尽在无言中。。。。。

现在找瓷砖咯，kitchen墙壁 RM3.45一片 1x2
  地上RM11.50 2x2

我个人觉得很贵一下。。。。因该会换一换吧。

如是大数目的，可考虑：料到家30%，完工50%，一个月后20%（我老板教的 ）（路过完工后有问题没来，20%省下咯。）
