MBB & RHB refinance, 有没有比这个更好的offer?
刚刚拿到的OFFER, 因为是ZMC的 .. so 就试试看那间BANK的OFFER 最好..
Refinance LOAN = 230K,

MAYBANK
-ZMC
-1ST YEAR FIXED RATE 4.88%
-Thereafter BLR - 1.65%
- LOCK IN 7 YEARS WITH PENALTY 6%
(气到.....)

RHB
-ZMC
-1ST YEAR BLR - 1.9%
- 2-5 YEAR BLR - 1.5%
- THEREAFTER BLR -1.6%
- LOCK IN 5 YEARS WITH PENALTY 3%
(还好 ..)

请问还有什么bank offer 到更好的package 吗?? , prefer ZMC.. Thanks...
