那里一个BANK给的RATE最好呢?

Non- Free Legal Fees
BLR -2.00% (1st – 3rd year)
BLR –1.80% (4th – 30th year)
Installment: RM 1,306.00 (1st – 3rd year)
RM 1,334.00 (4th – 30th
year)
Free Legal Fees (Fixed Rate)
BLR -5.40%(1st – 5th year)
BLR -1.80% (6th – 30th year)
Installment:
RM 1,405.00 (1st – 5th year)
RM 1,344.00 (6th –30th year)

那里一个BANK给的RATE最好呢?请大家给点意见 |

其实说是FREE LEGAL FEE, 但是已经在你的贷款里面ADJUST了。 所以当你用FREE AND NON FREE 比较会相差约8K。
如果应付的起律师费, 建议自己给, 然后拿PBB 的 NON FREE 配套。 |

不明白你说什么
不过 - 5.4% 简直是不可能。。。而且是 ‘五年’耶
Free 的 rate 不可能会好过 Non Free 的 Fixed Rate 5.40% 就符合逻辑 |

Robert 写的那个是 fixed 5 years 的配套
不过从 2/1/08 起,CIMB 只剩两个房屋贷款配套
其它的没有了(我是Cimb sales exec)
Flexi HomeFixed
HomeFlexi
看了很多银行的配套,老实说
CIMB 的利息会高一点点,哈哈哈~就那么 0.1/0.2% 咯
CIMB 卖的是它的便利,比如
*extra payment/withdrawal without notice, without penalty, without limit
*dont have any hidden cost,like monthly charge
*one account only, dont need to transfer here and there
听说其他银行都有自己的条件(比如要事先通知,才可以make extra payment)
希望大家可以分享,我也想知道其他银行配套的利与弊
而 CIMB 的落点就是利息...哈哈哈!
但是它真的很方便咯,在 transfer 钱方面,简单又快速 |

ALLIANCE BANK 的LOAN PACKAGE很不错下。想知道有谁向ALLIANCE BANK 贷款?
