走过了和世界最著名的女婿以及前新海峡集团负责人有关的政治风波，ECM Libra的一个单位在２００７年底取得央行和证券委员会联合发出的投资银行执照。

当年ECM和Avenue的合并就是为了取得这个Merchant Banking Licence。

以现在RM0.95的价位和过去比较，似乎是高了一些，而且它所发的1分股息也不高。可是，我们觉得不高可能是维持了［没有执照］的思维而拿过去的股价来比较的关系。

如果我的目的是capital gain而不是股息的话，是买得过的。 我对它的期望是半年内上升到RM1.12 - RM1.30之间。

我尝试比较ECM 和 Kenanga, 他们的价位都在RM１以下。我觉得ECM如果有政治力量支持的话，或许在未来可以朝CIMB的等级前进呢！这是我一厢情愿的想法。

交易量开始来了，今天超过３万宗了。

公司将在31/01/08召开的股东年度大会寻求通过议案，第一是改名为ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad （赶时髦）；第二是回购10%公司股票；第三是ESOS.

1分股息是［不良印象］，今财政年第三季EPS已经超过8分，财政年在31/01/08终结。

KENANGA的交易量也有突增的现象，而ECM这边交易量增加股价却微落可能是散户套利的关系，因为有好一部份股在去年时以80至90sen以下购入的。

什么股都是这样，设定一个目标价，达到了就可以卖了。我不会跟股票谈恋爱，费事和它分手时哭哭啼啼。
