綜指寫新高　樂觀情緒起　馬股來週料牛氣沖天 -6th Jan 2008 ※報導 : 李斯美

這是新舊交替的一周，然而，新年喜氣洋洋的氣氛，似乎沒有出現在大馬股市，馬股07年最后一個交易日以跌勢封關，開年首2日還是處于下滑的趨勢，唯在周五，才暴漲31.29點，或2.18%，并以1466.67點歷史新高水平收市。 除了馬股創新高，馬電訊（TM，4863，主板貿服股）宣布其每股65仙的股息除權日之后，股價上揚至12.10令吉，也寫下2年新高。同時，令吉也在週內達到10年最高的3.28令吉水平。 本週主要領導馬股走高的因素是原棕油價格大漲，將種植股項推高。原油周三一度觸及每桶100美元水平，帶動原棕油價格走高。周五，20大上升股項當中，種植股就佔了9只，並由亞地種植（ASIATIC，2291，主板種植股）領漲，上揚65仙，或7.56%。緊接著有IOI集團（IOICORP，1961，主板種植股），上漲60仙，或7.74%。 按周比較，綜指上揚19.63點，至1466.67點。而總成交量從上周的26.64億股，上升至29.72億股，價值為60.73億令吉。 阻力水平1490點 馬股創下歷史新高，促使市場人士看好來周的走勢。達證券技術分析員史益合認為，市場會趨向牛市的格局發展，並認為馬股在周五走高，已經意味著牛市的來臨。 他認為，馬股走高，原棕油價格功不可沒，原油漲至每桶100美元，導致原棕油價格走高，他預測，原棕油價格有潛能走至每公噸超過4000令吉的水平。 史益合指出，下周的綜指的扶持水平會處于在1450點，而阻力水平介于1490點至1500點之間。 他建議，若原棕油價格繼續上揚，投資者可選擇買進棕油股，如IOI集團。 全國股票經紀協會主席黃峋理表示，綜指與令吉寫新高，對市場來說是非常正面的。他不排除有關漲勢會延續至農曆新年前夕，并有可能漲至1500點的水平。他認為，建議投資者應該採取守住策略。 鑒于預期大選即將來臨，他相信政治股或大選主題股，將成為焦點。同時，他也認為建築股是不錯的選擇。另外，針對近期被忽略的產業市場，他指出，外資可能會進入本地產業市場，因此，相關股項也值得留意。 安本資產管理（Aberdeen）基金經理威尼森表示，市場在來周會持續走強，特別是種植領域。同時，他也預料原棕油價格會在下周走強，可能會上漲至每公噸3300令吉。 大選將至及政府持續落實的多項措施，如大馬第9計劃、多個經濟走廊內的工程，及公積金持有者可從第2戶口提錢供屋，都是刺激馬股的利好因素。 他預測，綜指來周的扶持水平為1450點，而心理阻力水平則是1500點。 威尼森看好3個領域，即銀行股、產業股及種植股。銀行股方面，他建議土著聯昌（COMMERZ，1023，主板銀行股）及大眾銀行（PBBANK，1295，主板銀行股）。 產業股而言，他則偏好，實達建築（SPSETIA，8664，主板建築股），因為該公司涉及于多項住宅、商業及高檔產業建築。 種植股方面， 他建議聯合馬六甲（UMCCA，2593，主板種植股）及聯合種植（UTDPLT，2089，主板種植股），這主要是因為相比其他的業者，這兩只股項的價值比較廉宜。此外，也擁有低生產成本、高回酬及良好的管理層。

买进的原因，就是因为分红股
而且， 我也注意到上两个星期， epf 连续2个星期买进， epf目前持有80多万股，

所以我就小小的买进咯。。。。

此股最近最低RM7。20； 红股和凭单建议时RM8。50左右；所以现在价格我想OK

有两个办法
1。 每个星期一，新洲的财经列出来，主要股东的持有
2。 每天看bursa 的announcement , 最好在超过7PM过后才看
