自從os兄和8年兄相繼介紹melati ehsan holdings berhad後, 小弟也開始對此股產生了點興趣, 但是發覺這個公司的消息不多, 報紙也好像沒甚麼介紹, 所以希望開此貼來吸引大家的意見, 謝謝你們無私的分享

從the star得到的資料是melati所擁有的project:
The projects include Taman Aman Putra phase 1 in Jinjang Utara (1,000 low medium-cost apartments and 30 shops) awarded by Kuala Lumpur City Hall, the RM106mil Bayu Damansara (334 double-storey terrace houses) and 38 semi-detached houses in Kota Damansara awarded by Selangor State Development Corp
Another project is the Majlis Link (RM53mil), aturnkey project to build a link road at the Free Trade Zone BandarSeaport in Damansara Jaya, Selangor, awarded by the Public WorksDepartment
Melati Ehsan had also undertaken several infrastructure projects, including Jambatan Baru Pinang Tunggal (RM10.3mil), flood mitigation solutions (RM169mil), and the construction of two new interchanges and bridges as well as road upgrades and traffic management (RM86mil)

osk給予的目標價是RM2.48:

“Our forecasts show a 22% and 30% y-o-y (year-on-year) growth in Melati’s earnings for FY08 and FY09. By tagging FY08 earnings to nine times multiple, we derive a target price of RM2.48,”

melati競標了數個總值17億的9MP工程, cimb分析師預測成功率是30% (根據公司之前的紀錄它的競標成功率是30%以上)

Melati is a newly listed company and not much is known about the company. It is a property as well as construction company with projects ranging from goverment infrastructure projects to property development projects

However there is something that does stand out in Melati, which is its financial performance. For the recent third quarter, it made a profit of RM10 million and EPS of 9 sen. Its cumulative profit for the 3 quarters is RM16 million and an EPS of 27 sen. Assuming it makes an EPS of 9 sen for Q4, its full year EPS would be 36 sen. Its current price at the time of writing is RM1.56, this would makes its PE only 4.3 times, which is really cheap for a company which is in both the Construction line as well as the property line.

Melati appeared in the papers today saying that it is bidding for RM1 billion worth of projects and already has an order book of  RM1.2 billion which really bodes well for its immediate future. Its looking to venturing overseas into countries like the Middle East, Vietnam and China.

Melati also has an Iskandar Development Region property project which is situated in Tebrau, quite near the area of Jusco Tebrau City where there is a Tesco Hypermarket and also where Ikano/Ikea will be built in the near future. The project is called Taman Ehsan Jaya and has a size of 298 acres. With IDR being the theme in coming months, this could bring a lot of attention to Melati.

Melati是这Johor的Taman Ehsan Jaya的constructor而已。

大家覺得它被低估的原因除了是太新還有其他原因嗎?

是这样的了。。。小股本的股票，又这么新，碰到跌市就会跌得不象样。。。其实股价跌得越低，投资风险就越小了。。。月底发薪水时我又有资金买进啦。。。

我在等更低的價錢... 才買...

我觉得等到她从最低点回升才买进咯。。。Melati已经宣布给5.475分的净股息，以现在RM1.50的股价计算，有3.65％的回报了。。。

现在很多股票都很便宜，可惜没有资金再买进。。。Top Glove, Melati，RCE都很便宜。。。
