Status of religious freedom
The Constitution provides for freedom of religion, and the Government generally respects this right in practice; however, the Government imposes some restrictions on all religious expression in government offices and state-run institutions, including universities, usually for the stated reason of preserving the secular state, and distance of state to all kinds of beliefs. The Constitution establishes the country as a secular state and provides for freedom of belief, freedom of worship, and the private dissemination of religious ideas. However, other constitutional provisions regarding the integrity and existence of the secular state restrict these rights. The secularity, bearing a meaning of a protection of believers, plays an important role to protect the state.
While most of the secular countries have religious schools and educational system, one in Turkey can only have religious teachings after a state decided age; which is considered as a necessity given the fact that Turkey is the only considerably secular country in the Muslim world, i.e. it is claimed that conditions to establish secularism on are different than those in Christian world. The establishment of private religious schools and universities (regardless of what religion) is forbidden. Only the state controlled Imam Hatip Lisesi is allowed which benefits only Sunni Islamic community in Turkey. This type of high schools teach religious subjects with modern positive science. However, graduates of these schools cannot go to the university to seek higher education in another field of study for example medicine, law, engineering etc.; because graduates of these schools are intended to be clerics, rather than being doctors or lawyers.
The Government oversees Muslim religious facilities and education through its Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı), which reports directly to the Prime Ministry. The Diyanet has responsibility for regulating the operation of the country's 75,000 registered mosques and employing local and provincial imams, who are civil servants. Some groups, particularly Alevis, claim that the Diyanet reflects mainstream Sunni Islamic beliefs to the exclusion of other beliefs. The government asserts that the Diyanet treats equally all who request services. However, Alevis do not utilize Mosques or the imams for their worship ceremonies. Alevi ceremonies take place in Cem Houses and led by Dedes who do not benefit from the large budget of the Religious Affairs.

发生灾难时，做么只看到＂人＂在救，有人性的人，知道某生命面临灾难和死亡，多数都会伸出援手。

那些全能、有预知能力的＂神＂都在做什么？


冷眼旁观（冷血），而且。。

既然全知，预先知道了也不给人类预警，亏人类一直敬养和崇拜你，一个讯号都不给（超级冷血），还是冷眼旁观吧。

当人们正在享受美好时光时是否曾想过那位神呢？为什么每当天灾发生时才把一切怪罪到祂身上呢？当我们快乐享受的时候，想想看我们是如何冷眼的对待那些可怜的人呢？
当一切都完美的时候我们人会为了身边的事情着想吗？
没有受苦的人会学会珍惜和强壮吗？

    所以回教国是不会帮忙世俗國的. 富有的阿拉伯世界在建阿拉伯的神话世界，包挂世界最高，最贵，最豪华的建筑物 比如酒店，人工岛，室内滑雪场。那些钱应该可以救全世界是穆斯林了。

不然这样吧，大家都一起来不供香火抗议，也不要去崇拜吧，

还有啊，

那个每次不是香火的１０％奉献就给我吧，我帮＂神＂保管着吧， （先讲是保管啊，没有用掉啊。）

如果＂神＂对世人还是一样的无动于衷，陷灾难于不顾，迟迟不肯现身引导和帮助人类，

那些钱我就一直无限期保管下去，

直到＂神＂有反应、肯负责援助人类为止，不要只懂得到世界末日最后分钟，才会现身出来杀人。

我只能说这是阁下在任何方面都以宗教为出发点的看法。阿拉伯国家是回教国家的当儿，自身也是一个政治群体，是一个民族；并不是所有东西都需要用宗教的眼镜去考量。
再说，阿拉伯有没有支援，只有土耳其当局才知道，看不到的不代表没有。

Natural disaster is ordained by Allah:
Quran (9:51) - "Nothing will afflict us save what Allah has ordained for us"
Quran (11:117) - "Nor would thy Lord be the One to destroy communities for a single wrong-doing, if its members were likely to mend."
Quran (28:59) - "...And never did We destroy the townships unless the folk thereof were evil-doers."  'We' refers to Allah.  This verse refers to natural disaster.
Quran (57:22) - "No misfortune can happen on earth or in your souls but is recorded in a decree before We bring it into existence: That is truly easy for Allah."  Allah wills misfortune in advance.
Quran (42:30) - "Whatever misfortune happens to you, is because on the things your hands have wrought"  Your sin is solely responsible for any misfortune in your life.
Quran (28:17) - "O my Lord!... never shall I be a help to those who sin!" Taken with the above verses (57:22 and 42:30), this provides the logical argument that helping victims of disaster is actually against Allah's will, since the unfortunates are merely suffering Allah's punishment for sin and Muslims are not to help those in sin.
Quran (64:11) - "No calamity befalleth save by Allah's leave..."
Quran (90:4) - "Verily We have created man into toil and struggle."Quran (28:86) - "Never be a helper to the unbelievers."

生活不单单只是宗教，生活还有很多aspect，不是每个人都这样字面诠释经典，然后跟着这经典的。我已经讲了，生活有很多aspect，不是样样都要以经典或是宗教的角度来决定的。

那换成是你的话，你会去救吗？因为圣经也没有写道当天灾发生时我们该不该去拯救啊？！难道我们就不该拯救吗？
我们会参与赈灾完完全全是因为我们知道人与天主之间的关系，人与人之间的关系，也清楚我们的信仰的出发点是来至于主耶稣所倡导的爱。。
只有那些误解了可兰经的人才会以极端的心态来面对世界。。这跟误解圣经的基督徒是一样的。。

我们什么都不能做。。只能祈祷祈祷。。天主会怜悯他们的。。。
