顾客投诉饮料中有玻璃碎 反被店员指弄破杯子需赔钱！

咖啡店的错。

无论是不是小孩弄破，这个情况下绝对是咖啡店的错。

这个玻璃杯，如果是自己买来用，破了喝到碎片受伤了是自己的事。

咖啡店， 做生意的，收取了顾客的钱，有责任不让顾客受伤。 这样容易破的杯， 如果要用来 serve, 不是说放一只吸管就可以的，最起码要说明不可用 spoon 搅， 因为玻璃容易破。

不要说是小孩， 就算是大人， 普遍认知是觉得用 spoon 搅是 ok 的，如果用朋友的 spoon 搅拌弄碎了，喝到玻璃碎片死了，那咖啡店是不是要负最大责任？ 当然一般的意外是不关店的事，但是咖啡店明知道这个杯的问题却没有明确告知，等弄破了就跟顾客收杯子的钱， 或等顾客受伤了才说这杯子是这样的。这种思维不好。

重点不是杯子是小孩弄破，不是谁弄破，重点是咖啡店用这种杯子，却没有明确让顾客知道杯子的潜在危险。

他们应该换杯，避免有这种事情再发生。。

对于有些店有分区的，我觉得没有错，也不惊讶。
虽然每个孩子都是天使，但是有些真的很顽皮，乱跑爱闹。
有些顾客的确会不喜欢在这种小孩子乱吵乱闹的地方用餐。
那时我就是去一家餐厅吃，哇老我对面那个小孩子一直拿汤匙敲打玻璃杯啊，碗啊，
然后那对年轻的父母竟然没阻止

现在出现状况才来责怪已经没用了

為什麼不用plastic杯？

加拿大（canada)禁止用plastic做奶瓶。
因为，只要是plastic，就会有塑化剂。塑化剂会导致男孩长大后不育。
父母们要少给孩子用plastic。
商家可以选择用什么样的杯子，也可以买贵的杯子来提高level。

我自己也有 Bodum 牌 french press，玻璃不是普通的脆。
