新山公寓多到离谱.. 等全部建好的时候就 会崩盘了 。。根本overbuilt and overpriced.. |

路烂又小,时常塞车,周围全部马来商店,300M外有个大电缆,下雨会淹水,psf rm420...谁买谁上车 |

其实买楼看自己喜好的,如果楼主喜欢,自住那么不要紧。
不过那里交通比较拥挤,而且有电缆,听朋友说比价性也比较低.....所以楼主可以考虑这些因素在看看要不要买。 |

旁边是电线厂,时不时会有工厂排出的废气
