我发现IP5 有个满严重的问题。。
就是 sleep button loose loose 酱hor,
你shake 你的电话在耳边,就有噪音了。。
尤其你边走边讲电话,更明显。。
然后,重点来了。。。
我刚去sg 的care centre 1 to 1 exchange...
拿出来 5~6 架电话,都是一样的问题。。。
所以。。。要买的,自己看着办
抱歉,用电话不方便打华语,所以用"马来西亚式的英文"
简单的苗素一下
One day, i am using my iphone to call someone and walking at sametime,
I hear some sound from my phone, in 1st place i tot is my watch, then i switch to another hand to keeep talking,
But the sound still there, then i start to shake my phone, is it really the sound creat by phone?
Then i shake shake shake, finaly found out the on/off button was loose,
When u slighly hold the on/off button the sound had no longer, so i pretty sure the "extra " sound come from there,
Then, i start to make complain at apple wedsite, (my phone bought at app online store),
Then, their CS call back quite fast, then explain my problem, then CS ask me go the ONLY
Authorised local serive provider, okay fine, i go, CS promise 1 to 1 exchange,
When reach place service provider, not much ppl, okay i wait,
Finally, my turn then start again my problem to let them knw,
They didt ask much, ok, 1 to 1 exchange, BUT, they bring out 5-6 devices still remain same problem,
Then, funny they ask me how wor?
Then, i say, since remain same problem, then i better get back my phone lor...
Then, drive bck to office, but, 越想越不服气,
I start to make complain again, call english one, hang me 20mins, nobody answer,
Okay, i call chinese one, answer immediate, then i explain again my problem in PURE CHINESE,
Alamak, they dont understand my chinese, is okay, i speak very formal mandarin,
Then, get my case ID and ask me to call them while return back the local service provided,
Walao, lunch time over liao leh? Then no choice, ask for leave lor, b
Drive bck lor, this time much ppl there, okay i wait, finally my turn, they recognize me,
Then i said, i did make complain to apple, they ask me come here and make a call to
Them, then i call lor, call chinese line, no answer, alamak, just now very fast then now hang 30mins also nobody answer,
Then i call english line, hang 20mins, finally got ppl answer, then i let them knw the case ID, the guy said, the case in china, he cant understand wht remark there, then said, transfer me back to china line, I SAY NO!!!! Then, i need to explain again my problem...
Then he said, okay wait a while, (his a while spend me 30mins to wait), then he said transfer me to local distributor, okay lor, then wait again, 20mins past...
A very beautiful voice come from the phone, she ask, what can i help you?
Walao ehhhhh, i need to explain my problem again....damn...okay fine, i explain again...
Finally, she said arrange ppl to collect back my ip5 set, and take 1-2 weeks to replace a BRAND NEW set...
Huh? 1-2 weeks, then i use wht wor?? She said, is SOP wor...then no choice lo,
Lucky i still hve ip4...
Story end.
Conclusion: if you have problem of your iphone, dont call apple careline,
Just make a complain on wedsite, then thier CS will call u in faster time.
If you direct call yourself, wait long long also nobody answer.
And prepare to hear thier "music" every "wait a while"...
Total wait a while i had wait is 88mins....
Good luck ip5 user and potential ip5 user.
Last, thank reading all the story and can understand this kind of poor english...
